just received a call from this new person that will be in-charge on Canteen 14 for the time-being.. what's the reason? I actually thought they are replacing Jason with this new person but the truth is.. Jason fainted and went into coma.. so sudden!
this week has been a week filled with news of people falling sick or contracting some illnesses.. some curable, some incurable.. why is life filled with all this unexpectable events? started this illnesses/ diseases topic with some of my friends.. why the hot topic now? why the sudden bring up of this type of topic? NIE has this girl who is in need of a bone marrow and numerous emails have been sent out to students and staffs, calling out to everyone of us out there to test if our bone marrow is suitable for her.. just last weekend, another email was sent out to us that there is this PRC China girl who has contracted leukemia and is in need of money to go through her 4 stages of Chemo.. also found out that people around me.. friends and their family.. so many of them have relatives and family members who have contracted cancer and other types of scary scary diseases.. will I be one of them too?
life is so unpredictable.. one can be so healthy, no sickness no complains of any unwells for a moment, and suddenly there he/she is, lying on the hospital bed not knowing the going-ons around him/her.
what if you feel unwell or have found out that you have contracted some diseases which will require alot alot of money to cure? what if it is incurable? what will you do?
I pray for Jason to be well again.. I pray for the NIE girl that she will be able to get a suitable bone marrow soon.. I pray for everyone to be healthy and illness free..
Life.. this is life.. vulnerable and unpredictable..
